Gathering Data: Diversity Monitoring
As part of our commitment to EDI, we need to monitor the diversity of our applicants. These data are treated in complete confidence and will be removed from applications prior to the selection process.
We ask that you please disclose the following: age, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, caring responsibility, sexual orientation. The data is used to monitor and analyse recruitment profiles, helping the DLA to identify any trends, and continue to tackle equality of diversity issues more effectively.
